plus rent is not to exceed 38% of gross salary.
Must have good credit history (No accounts reflecting
more than 2x 30 days past due posts), No bankruptcy
cases within two years, Good Reference from previous
landlord, Three plus months of steady full time
employment at established business or waived if
tenant agrees to prepay three months rent, Tenant
must qualify (no co-signers), must provide picture
ID if requested, Tenant assumes are leases are
for 6 months unless stated otherwise in contract. |
